Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–6 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and preparation for shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Cost
We proudly offer FREE standard shipping to the following countries:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • Nigeria

There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.


Estimated Delivery Times

United States: 10–16 business days
Canada: 15–21 business days
Nigeria: 15–30 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local postal service delays, weather disruptions, or high seasonal demand.


Tracking Information
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

If you do not receive tracking information within 7 business days after placing your order, please contact us at hello@tunowear.com.


Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

TUNO Wear is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund.

Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.

A package may be considered lost if tracking shows no movement for an extended period or the carrier confirms the shipment is lost. In such cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.


Delivered but Not Received
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact your local postal service first.

TUNO Wear is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.


Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing and cannot be canceled.
