Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. This policy outlines when and how you can cancel an order placed on TUNO.

Cancellation Window

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has moved to fulfillment, it can no longer be cancelled.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@tunowear.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been fulfilled.

Cancellation Eligibility

The following orders are not eligible for cancellation:

  • Orders that have already been shipped or are in transit
  • Orders for final sale or clearance items
  • Orders that have already been processed for fulfillment

Refunds on Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Modifications

We are unable to modify orders once they have been placed. If you need to change your order (size, color, address, etc.), please cancel the original order within the cancellation window and place a new one.
